These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
For consumers based in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
